GENERAL -
*Grow Music aims to be a business that treats both teachers and the families we serve with respect, fairness, and integrity. While policies are put into place to encourage fairness and clarity, unexpected events occur and sometimes that leaves grey areas for the rules. Communication is key to a successful mentorship, relationship, and/or business partnership.
*Please don't ever hesitate to contact Jessica with your questions, ideas, needs, confusions, or if you ever feel there is an issue. I also like to hear about what's working for you! : )
COMMUNICATION -
*For all communication with GM families and/or students, please always include "[email protected]" on emails (preferred form of communication). For texts, please include 406.493.4533 in any chain of communication. This keeps Grow Music involved, as the professional entity. It also allows for more transparency and adds a third party, should there ever be a misunderstanding or issue that arises between teacher/family. If you wish to send something from Grow Music rather than your personal email, you may always compose an email from "[email protected]."
CANCELLATION -
*All group classes are offered as session packages. There is no make-up or refund offered to the student for missed classes (unless that has been worked out ahead of time with Jessica).
*Should you need to miss a scheduled class, please give as much advance notice as possible. If we cannot reschedule the class for a later time, a sub will be hired to fill in. If a sub cannot fill in, Grow Music will have to refund participants for the missed class.
*GM teachers do not need to make any time accommodations for students who arrive late or leave early.
