Class or Private Lesson Registration Form
Grow Music offers small group classes that often fill up. A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot. If it is less than 2 weeks before class, full payment is expected at time of registration. You will be contacted after filling out the form to complete registration. All deposits will be applied to the cost of the class. Balances are due at the first class. Please inquire about sliding-scale, trades, or other payment options.
Referral Discount There is no better advertisement than word-of-mouth! For each family who signs up for a class on your recommendation, Grow Music will gladly offer you a $10 session discount. Please mention the referral!
Grow Music Policies: Private lessons
All private lessons should be paid by the month, by the first lesson of each month. If payment comes after the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee will be added. Grow Music private lessons are paid as monthly tuition. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed lessons.
All private lessons needing to be canceled, changed, or rescheduled should be done through contacting Grow Music by email or phone/text.
A minimum 24-hour notice must be given for cancellation/change of any private lesson. If so, a make-up lesson or the monthly make-up masterclass will be offered depending on the instructor's availability. If not, you will be expected to pay for the missed lesson(s).
A 14-day notice is requested should a family decide to end private lessons or if they wish to request a different Grow Music teaching artist.
All Grow Music teachers reserve the right to cancel due to illness or other professional obligations. Students/parents will be informed as soon as possible and offered appropriate alternatives and/or rescheduling.
Group classes
Group classes/sessions are offered as a package. Missed classes during the session cannot be refunded, made up, or credited.
Since group classes have limited enrollment, shall a student choose to terminate enrollment, no refunds will be given after the first class.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot for any group class registration. Without a deposit, registration is not complete and a spot cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation occurs less than one week before the class start date, the deposit will not be refunded.
10% Sibling discounts are offered for families. Discount taken from the lesser class cost. Private and semi-private lessons excluded.
Grow Music teachers reserve the right to cancel lessons due to illness or professional obligations. Students and parents will be informed as soon as possible and offered appropriate alternatives and/or rescheduling.
Grow Music reserves the right to refuse registration, terminate participation, or end/change a class at any time. If a class is terminated, all appropriate refunds will be honored. See Covid policies for additional information.
For all classes, parents/caregivers are welcome to wait in the lobby, or drop-off/pick-up on time. Though we will never intentionally leave a child unattended, Grow Music is not responsible for any student outside of their class time.
COVID policies
Masks are required for all group classes and for anyone in the room, ages 5 and older. Masks will be provided if you forget your own.
All group classes will be limited enrollment of 6 students. Mafia classes will be limited to 11 students.
Parents/caregivers/siblings are encouraged to stay outside of the studio during this unprecedented time. Anyone entering the Grow Music Studio is asked to wash and/or sanitize their hands first. There are two restrooms just outside the studio and sanitizer is provided. There are two large lobbies for use.
We clean music stands (consider bringing your own) and chairs, leave the door open, and circulate the air through a HEPA filter during classes.
Please stay home if you or a contact have been exposed to Covid-19 and/or are feeling ill.
Grow Music follows all CDC and State of Montana Covid-19 guidelines. Should Grow Music need to cancel a session in progress due to a change in directive, ZOOM options will be offered. If this is not viable, a 25% refund or credit will be offered if the session is less than half completed (you may kindly choose to donate it in keeping us afloat!). If the session is more than half completed, no refunds or credits will be offered.
For ALL CURRENT Grow Music classes, ZOOM participation is offered. At times, ZOOM and the internet can be spotty to no fault of Grow Music. We do not offer refunds for unreliable internet or Zoom connections.
Nondiscriminatory policy Grow Music admits, welcomes, and celebrates students of all races, color, creed, gender, ability, socio-economic status, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available through our programming. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, ability, socio-economic status, national and ethnic origin in administration of its policies, admissions, and programs.
